I’m obsessively customer centric and firmly believe that putting the customer at the center of everything we do, we build strong and lasting relationships that drive business success.

At Loadsmart, I managed third-party creative agencies, designed and executed monthly content calendars, and oversaw content production and distribution. My efforts contributed to a viral hero video with over 1M views and improved brand visibility through targeted content marketing.

I recently completed my third year of a five-year executive education program at London Business School. This program has significantly enhanced my leadership capabilities and provided me with fresh perspectives on driving personal, organizational, and societal change.

When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the city, practicing pilates, and meeting new people.
